Helping Hands Initiative, Inc and Community Partnership back to school back packs and supplies give-away held August 9, 2014 at Gaines Park, West Palm Beach, FL was an outstanding success as expressed by Pastor Cameron Ellis Executive Director of Helping Hands Initiative, Inc . "Through the tremendous efforts of HHI and Community Partners, over 900 students K-12th grade were provided with back packs, pencils, erasers, pens, glue, dictionaries, binders, rulers, etc. to begin the school year equipped for success." Research indicates that children are more studious and open to learning when they begin the school year with the right school equipment.

The event was very festival and fill with laughter and joyful noise through out the day. Kids and their parents were treated with face painting, large bounce house, trolley rides, art and craft workshops, health and exercise booths, free foods, chips, water, cakes and much more. The kids were excited and the event was clearly a big back to school fun bash. Happy smiles were plentiful.
