This is our 10^th year of sponsoring this event in communities where the needs are greatest. Helping Hands Initiative. A 501©3 organization- in partnership with other community organizations will host a back to school backpacks and supplies event in early August 2020. As you are aware the need this year is greater than ever. With the ongoing Covid-19 virus crisis, political and social issues, job/economic uncertainties many families/households in Palm Beach County face the cruel prospect of their kids returning to school without basic school supplies. “A mind is a terrible thing to waste”.

We are calling on our fellow citizens who care and can help to please do so. Our goal is to help at least 1,000 kids or as many as possible. Our goal to raise $20,000,00 so we may purchase discounted backpacks and school supplies for 1000 or more kids. 1-12^th.

Your helping hand and donation will greatly help us in reaching our goals.  Please reach out to others you may know who can help us make a difference in the lives of young American kids who deserve our support. With your support, we may not be able to help all, but we will help some.
